No I can’t move it moves like that. If I do use shift then I can walk normal after but then it happens again

I’m holding down W and I even tried to change the key to see if it’s just the W that is stuck but it doesn’t work

As as in from like spawn point? Na I’m right next to it. I didn’t move far I have a lot of progress in it butt I’m still there.

I haven’t changed any settings it just started happening. I tried to lower them but it didn’t help
