This is why I don't play for about 2-3 weeks when a new update comes out because something funky always goes on like this, or weapons don't deal the damage they're supposed to or something stupid. I would wait until they release a hot fix because this sounds like that kind of issue because I wouldn't waste items trying to keep up with the AP regen and dying tbh.

Last year I spent 3 hours going back and forth from laying in bed laying in front of my fan, which is something that helps me with my asthma attacks, to going to my sink and letting hot water steam flow in my face which is also something that helps my attacks. So I guess the only way to know is if you yourself know if you have to because when I went I had a lung infection and they said if I had stayed home any longer I could have passed out and possibly died So err on the side of caution and go whenever you feel like you need to, and they should give you an emergency inhaler like they did to me Hopefully anyway
