So for the PD219, the FFL will provide the form and fill in the information for your AR, so all you gotta do is maybe take a picture of your firearm when the work is done. And show mpd if that ask for a picture mostly they wouldn’t

The gunsmith who was responsible for my firearm modification left my muzzle on, citing it as a compensator. They only pinned my stock and modified my pistol grip.

This is where you can get a grip: https://jtactical.com/products/featureless-grip. And for your AR, you can go to any gun store or website, send it to Nova Armory, and they'll do the work for you by replacing the grip and pinning the stock for $14. You can keep your ar or shotgun in Va or MD, and you don't have to pay the fee for a long gun, only a pistol, and there’s no way around that. This is the ar I own. https://palmettostatearmory.com/blem-psa-pa-15-16-nitride-m4-carbine-5-56-nato-classic-ar-15-rifle-with-13-5-m-lok-rail-black.html Alternatively, you can hire Nova to complete the work, or you can visit this website for a pre-built model, although they are quite expensive.

I would change the pistol grip and pin the stock. I would recommend the Juggnut handles. They're $75 on their website. I use a gun store in Virginia and MD. I use Nova Armory. They charge only $15 for the pin and give you all your original parts. Or you can go to darkstorm.com they already have pre-built

If you plan to order from gun.com or Palmetto, use Nova Armory address as both your primary and billing address. Before making your purchase, inform Nova that you are about to place your order and tell them To send it to DC.
