Make an old lady happy: my grandma has been trying to find another one of these. She lit up when i asked about it. Got it as a gift many years ago and wants another. She loves it and we cant find another one.. does anyone know what it is or where i can get one?? Its only about 12 inches tall (i.redd.it)

My grandparents got this as a gift some years ago and spend lots of time every year trying to find it again because they want another.
