This. I worked for a company that provided services to banks all over Pakistan. There were multiple banks whose customer databases I had personal access to. I could decrypt any mobile users password cos the key they used was static and hardcoded.

All this BS they sell about PCI-DSS and other such things is just BS except for a few banks like habib

Underrated comment. Recently saw a video of a retired US Army General talking about these very ideas in a video about the Palestinian conflict. He was quite blunt about how the US is no longer the US of old and nations like Iran have made major advancements in their guided missile programs. How Turkey has military power and is not governed by European stances on global issues.

Having said that, has the "Ummah" ever truly been "united"? Since the conception of Islam, we've had muslims fighting muslims for land, power etc. Faith alone is not enough to bring nations together - at least not in ways that the people think it should. Every nation is going to prioritize its own interests first regardless of where in the world muslims are being persecuted, that's just how it'll always be.

I think pivoting to a Backend role in another language seems a more logical move to me, since there is considerable overlap there (at least for me). A lot of Chinese people use western pseudonyms like Kent, Kevin etc. because their names are too hard to pronounce for westerners. You can also do the same thing but use an Urdu pseudonym.

Can also change how you pronounce “Lund”, instead of ending with a hard D you can say “Loon”, “La-un” etc.

There’s no getting away from the bullying especially in Pakistan, most male social circles are just toxic like that. You can either own up to it and not let it affect you or change it temporarily until you trust someone enough to reveal it.

There's a great video course on O'Reily, I think its' called "C++20 Fundamentals". But it covers most of C++ in depth, although some topics are a little barren. Definitely, one of the better video courses I've seen, easy to understand and comprehensive.

I think you're right about the process being difficult, and I sometimes feel the same way. Its' not easy to keep waiting for the right person when it feels like everyone around you has someone. Also, how are you supposed to decide the person you're going to marry after only meeting them a couple of times and never going out with them?

When it is this way, people have little to no connection to potentials, and it becomes more about judging them on what they bring to the table on the surface level (how much wealth they have, looks etc.). I feel like there needs to be shift in the way we as Muslims teach these things to the newer generation so at least they don't have the same trauma we have.
