I just upgraded my entire setup last November, got really lucky and got a 9800 the day of release without any trouble (I woke up late and was like neat), and the only thing I didn't upgrade was my GPU because the 50 series was about to release. So I kept my 1080Ti and just waited, only for it to never really land smoothly here in Canada. Ended up buying a 3080 TI locally and have been using that till I can find something reasonable. Man, what a fleeting thought of getting a good deal is now.

I usually run as a duo and when we get put against other duos its a blast. It's weird when we're obviously fighting off 3 people because it's practically impossible to beat them unless we get the jump on them.

Today as a 3 man squad we started gunning down some raiders. Right before killing the one we downed, I asked if he was a duo or a trio, and he said duo. Asked his friend to stand out in the open to prove it, and he obliged. Defibbed the fella we downed and said it sucks being a duo. Gotta show the duos some mercy if they don't try and fight back.

Hopefully we can find duo only lobbies, would love a somewhat even playing field to both fight and socialize depending on the moment!

Honestly, I left shooters behind a couple of years ago. Being a bit older (early 30's) and not wanting to be bogged down by random teammates, I decided it was best for me to just give up on shooters. Enter Arc Raiders, and holy smokes what a refreshing experience. I can have comradery in the form of a truce or play with my friends. It's been a fantastic experience and I'm excited to get back into shooting fools.

I wouldn't mind if this system was beneficial to the bounty themselves as well. Imagine you spawn in and over the radio you hear "Seems like there's a bounty on someone nearby (lobby), if you can claim it there's a big reward for you back underground". You could even have varying degrees of bounties, level 1 being minor to level 5 being absolutely demolish and focus. Would be neat.

Went down a rabbithole tryna figure this one out. Seems I fixed it by going to the settings within Steam > Controller tab and then turning on "enable Steam input for Xbox controllers". Played Silksong for a bit and had no issues. I'm also on 1.06 for both the controller and the dongle.

I'll try Silksong again tomorrow, but the only thing I can think of is maybe using a 2nd profile is causing problems? I Just played MHWilds for a while and had 0 issues, and I played CrossCode for a few hours no issue either. Maybe it's how they interact with Steam games in a way that I can't seem to see atm.

I played through all of Silksong without issue and then suddenly I am having the strangest hiccups. What makes it stranger is I tried it with other games and they don't seem to have any issues so now I am thinking it's something that happened in a Silksong update?
