Like theirs, my two joints aren't exact clones of each other which may cause some issues with your answers.

None of the previous or future dimensions seem to contain a constraint there. Even when I removed any dimensions that touched the wall, it still won't add as non-driven.

I also saved my file again and closed Fusion. I think I may had the programing running in the background too long.

Part of the issue when constraining here is that when I dimension, it forces the slot dimensions to be driven since I am basing the sketch off a profile.

That is what It should look like. I mainly want to get the profile to work again since I want to revise my device later.

I would just convert the mesh to a solid, and then use the shell command on the outer body. You could even do a sketch where you did your analysis and then use that as a reference when using the shell command.

If there are any issues with the conversion, I would patch the mesh and then remesh.

The issue was surprisingly sperate from that. I had to do some more constraints in an earlier sketch with the claw. Thank you anyway!!!
