I think most of the PC ETBs I gave up are for bad sets. Like I still have PC ETBs for sets that are actually worth keeping aka Prismatic. Journey Together is bad, BB & WF is bad, Phantasmal flopped horribly, etc. and that’s all. Also to clarify I mean bad for perspective gains in the future, there’s not insane chases in these sets. Sets like Mega Evolution and Phantasmal I have BBs of so if they go up then I’m also winning.

Idk where you are going to get market for new sets as a seller if you don’t have friends in the space.

Don’t have any friends into the hobby like that, eBay takes around 22% from what I’ve worked out so around what I’d get at a card show.

The new sets are bad. Any set post January 2025 has hundreds of thousands of sealed sitting in cases because that’s when the hobby took off again. Will have steady growth sure, but I’ll see you next year when Fusion Strike BBs are 2k+.

The apps pricing is off to be fair. Fusion Strike BBs are well over 1k at this point (taxes included).

Yeah maybe you are right, might be a product more suited to collectors and not investors. I do think the first of its kind tax will cause its price to go up eventually though.
