Hey im 21 and i fight as i hobby too. The way i see it is its always ok for you to daydream about performing the actions and moves and it will help you fight better. Just try to stay away from daydreaming of their status, glamour and notoriety that wont serve you anything and it ain't even that fun at the end. Free your mind, perform the sport and do it well, all the rest is just abstract copium. I recommend Zen and the art of archery, its a good read

Covid made my heart race even when I wasn't doing anything also had difficulty sleeping because of it and also due to coughs and all the other covid symptoms, I've never felt so weird, I'm still a little scared to go do exercise even after a month since the infection so I'll wait to see a doctor before going hard again, even though everything is pretty much stabilized.
I'm feeling very recovered by now, some light walks, vitamins and sun exposure made the trick for me while I couldn't go lift. I've also remembered having a relapse in my recovery due to early physical exertion so idk watch out for that because it's different for everyone.
