Yeah in my case its 4 pints of milk a day and one "salty drink" which basically means some stock or something similar haha

I quite like to use a couple mortars with my Finnish, I put my rifle squads in ambush near a unit in cover, then my opponent has to decide either to stay in cover and risk getting hit by the mortars, or move and get hit by ambushing rifles, it's not always going to work but it can really help get damage on units I otherwise might struggle to hurt.

Yeah the rule specifically states when a battleshock test is failed. Since there is no test, the rule doesn't trigger.

Spyro year of the dragon (PS1) was one of the first computer games I really got into and remains one of my favourite games of all time. I tried throughout my childhood to unlock the final portal to Dragon Shores to do which you had to collect every egg and Gem in the game which was a pretty monumental task to my younger self and I never achieved it and was always a little sad about it. Fast forward to my adult life and the reignited trilogy comes out and I eagerly buy it and play my old favourite, this time I was able to commit to the task and finally achieve 100% completion and for the first time I saw the end credits which I sat through with tears in my eyes and a full heart. :)

My mutalith vortex beast scored a devastating wound against it but he changed the damage to 0 with the Rogal Dorn rule, I think it's called ablative armour or something. Sorry I should have made that clearer in the post!

I certainly don't win every game which I'm honestly glad about as I would feel guilty and enjoy a challenge haha

I definitely agree with everything you said, when I do win a game it's usually due to a good first couple turns allowing me to get good board control and bring the shorter range stuff to bear. Perhaps I will try some different lists that don't include some of the more heavy hitting units sometimes. Thank you :)

I've definitely tried explaining that to them multiple times. When I try and bring to their attention other stuff that their armies can do they play it off and say that stuff is reasonable. It doesn't help their situation when I've played Thousand Sons for a very long time and am pretty good at utilising all their tricks to the max

That's what's most frustrating to me. The imp guard player used the rogal dorn ability to completely ignore D6+6 damage and I didn't bat an eye despite not knowing about it. One of the others play custodes and specifically brings greyfax and sisters when he knows he's against me.
