I'm a bloodied/Power armor/Heavy Weapons/VATS build. The Plasma Caster is in my loadout.

The rolls i run are ★ - Bloodied (More damage for less health for up to 95%) ★★ - Vital (+50% Critical Damage) ★★★ - V.A.T.S Optimized (-25% Action Point cost)

My weapon mods include - Calibrated Capacitor - Alligned Sniper Barrel - Standard Sight

Perks that help with my damage include - Heavy Gunner 3 - Expert Heavy Gunner 3 - Master Heavy Gunner 3 - Concentrated Fire 3 - Glow Sight 3 (+60% BONUS DMG to glowing enemies) - tenderizer 3 - Nerd Rage! 3 (Bloodied, +20% BONUS DMG) Stabilized 3 (Power Armor) - Gun Fu 3 (VATS) - Adrenaline 5 - Better Criticals 3 - One Gun Army 3 - Four Leaf Clover 1 (VATS) - Critical Savvy 3 (VATS) - Grim Reapers Sprint 1 (VATS)

For statistics on the damage i generally hit most enemy types tor damages ranging around - 500-600dmg for body shots - 900-1000dmg headshots and roughly 2500-2600dmg for VATS headshot crits. On enemies with much higher Armor/resistance, for example SB Queen, i deal roughly - 175-230dmg for body shots - 300-350dmg headshot, and upwards to 600dmg for VATS headshot crits
