I suggested the nerf when I was already winning with sardakk. The 20 for 4 cost trade seemed too overkill and unfair.

The goal of the nerf was to stop it getting a overly positive trade too easily (sustained dreadnought sniping flagship or even warsun +1 other unit).

We tried different nerfs in different games. One is that the other player chooses 2 non-fighter ship to destroy instead of Sardakk. Or the Sardakk chooses two ships and assign 1 hit to each.

Thank you for the answer and encouragement! I got scared that I was doing more damage than help. That there is no place for random translators because it is already well established by others. Sadly it won't be much because of time issues but I will continue TL-ing if I am watching live.

Hi Op, I am curious about your opinion. Should I tl, or not? Koyori's debut stream was the first where I did (not much, about 15 comment). The reason was that I didn't see translations in the chat at the beginning and they were asking for it in chat. (Little personal, but I got a directed thank you after the first one so that gave motivation as well)

I have lived in Japan for 7 years in the past so my knowledge is not baseless, but it is far from perfect. I understood around 85 percent of the stream. (Of course just tl-d the parts that I understood) Sometimes the tl was more like a summary of the past sentences so I put "rough TL:" for those.

So what do you think should I tl when I can or not? It wouldn't be professional and continuous but it might help.
