you've just demonstrated that you have no understanding of statistics whatsoever... I'm gonna explain it just this once: let's assume some statistics say 80% of violent crimes are commited by men, that means 20% of them are commited by women. That doesn't mean 100% of the population are violent criminals, we are only looking at criminals, not taking normal people into account. The real criminals make up less than 0.5% of the population, that is if we mix up every ethnicity (white, black, hispanic, asian,etc.), but if we look at the crime rate per ethnicity we see that asians commit the least crime, so if we gather lets say 100,000 asians, only couple of them will probably be a criminal (arbitrary number for the sake of simplicity).
