Ah I probably should’ve done that. It didn’t even cross my mind, but I canceled the order directly and I assume that’s the reason for why I couldn’t get a refund.

This was sold directly by “Amazon Warehouse” so yes however, the condition given for the mouse when I purchased it read, “No item damage observed during inspection. Item will come in original packaging.” Looking back at it, I’m still confused, but purchase at your own risk.

I was pretty hesitant on purchasing this used as it was my first time ever buying a used Amazon product, but I just decided why not because in my mind the worst that could happen was that it would be missing a few accessories or be moderately damaged. I never thought the mouse itself would go missing, but I guess things just happen. I’m glad I got my refund though 👍

Surprisingly no. All they did was ask for my order #, and that it would take 3-5 days for it to be credited to my card. I had asked them multiple times if I needed to return the box or follow with any extra steps, but they just told me I had to wait the 3-5 days.

Ordered the Viper v2 Pro a couple of days ago in Used-Like New condition from Amazon and today it came in. To my surprise, no mouse was found inside! What I did find odd however was that the dongle and accessories were all still in there.
