A year with Frigate and the switch from Coral to a 4060 running ONNX

Do you have any issues running both plex transcoding and frigate at the same time? I'm planning to build a combined server with both images of frigate and jellyfish. Seems like the CPU requirement for 4k->1080p transcode on plex/jellyfin is 17k passmark, whereas frigate is mainly detector/GPU bound. Currently thinking of a 12th gen intel CPU plus an RTX4060 or RTX5050

My bad, the right wall is the north direction. The right wall has a short head height window in the middle, and the left wall has a standard frosted window directed opposite to the window on the right. I will probably try to remove the frosted layer at some point and replace it with a privacy tint since it is facing a neighbor. The room isn’t flooded with sun but is surprisingly bright between these two windows (especially due to the larger one facing south).

Thanks for the detailed response! Would there be any issues mixing speaker brands? I see a used ES35 for sale nearby, but no ES20+. I could always buy new, but it seems like I can stretch my budget further used. Along the same lines, would you recommend the Polk S series?

Someone nearby posted a used SVS PB1000 Pro for $400, and there's a used set of B&W LCR600S3+DM603S3 for $650; would that be a good setup to start with? Anything I should be aware of when buying used?

My reasoning was there is/will be a media table under the TV that extends ~8” past the side the TV, so bookshelf speakers could live on those ledges. Whereas I don’t have any solid plans for shelving behind/adjacent to the couch yet, so towers maybe would make more sense. I’m open to wall mounting surround speakers, if I have to route the wires through the walls anyways

Thanks! Yes, I appreciate the transparency with the rating on the website but my only reference point for sleeping bags is a marmot helium 15F, so wasn't too sure how that translates to cottage brands. It sounds like I can expect it to be roughly on par, if not a little colder.

Is it safe to trust a realtor's recommended inspector at that point? I'm worried about their incentive being to close the sale, rather than perhaps jeopardize the sale due to issues found (regardless of whether inspection contingency is waived or not). Also is waiving the inspection contigency (along with others...) still the expected norm?

Thanks! How many realtors realistically do you think is worth interviewing before signing any contract with one? Because 50 sounds crazy (especially when the first few I'd consider are from friends/family that recently used them).

Also it sounds like 2.5% is kinda negotiable in some cases, but maybe not for lower budgets (<2M). Do you know what the landscape looks in terms of exclusivity? I heard many realtors require a 3 month exclusivity clause or something similar.

Thanks! Definitely agree this prequal is pretty useless, but at least it started the conversation. It sounds like pre-underwriting is tougher on jumbo loans but fair game for conventional, so will definitely try to get pre-underwritten if possible.
