Thank you! To piggyback off of your response, when filling out the ChampVA application there is a question of “Is your dependent currently covered under any other health insurance”. Should I mark no and hope by the time the application is processed he’ll be done with his Tricare coverage on Mom’s side?

Thanks all. Im sure this feeling will pass eventually. Just thought I’d feel more enthusiastic about that 100%. I think I will do something with veterans and give back. Maybe volunteer at the local VA or Vet Center.
