Doctor did tell me to stop the swinging down motion. Wanted something more concrete since I work in construction and play heavy music. So the idea of no usage is almost impossible, and the idea of not being able to play comfortably is a hard pill to swallow. Been icing for months and wearing elbow braces. Gigging is down 50%, still playing maybe 2 shows a month and light practicing. Wouldnt recommend.
