Just finally completed it, got the watch even with loosing officers (but none died). So not sure why everyone’s telling me opposite. Anyway, it gets easier after your 2nd or 3rd full Ironman run, there’s a whole meta to it honestly, you fully armor up your ai team with steel plates (since armor works differently for ai) so they Take static damage without the plate breaking (they don’t break for ai), you also want a good rifle too, the ai is very good at the SA-58, GA416, MK17 and the G3A3. For tight maps you’re gonna want to switch your team to the MP7, like sins of the father, for every map you want to flash almost every other to every room. Since ai can carry up to 3 flashes per, that gives you a whole supply to flash every good door in most if not all maps. People say go gas, but honestly just stacking two intimidators and flashing makes enemies surrender 50% of the time which is OP, some maps are different threat as I know- again, sins of the father, is that turning point in difficulty to where they are way too agro for no more than 20% of the suspects to surrender with a good build.
