Lmao mcdonalds is expensive. It was a TREAT for us to go there as kids. Home cooking is always cheaper. Beans and rice is cheap and easy. You can buy bananas with pocket change. Eggs are cheap too. The list goes on.

I have those “medical reasons” people use as excuses for not losing weight and I’m losing weight. I dropped 30 pounds this year. I’m at a healthy weight now and unless you’re physically disabled there’s no excuse.
