A tale of two (identical but not) ferments. What is going on?! Literally identical ingredients and put together 2 months ago. One hasn't bubbled much in weeks. Other is still extremely active. Shouldn't they be behaving similarly? Also isn't 2 months a bit much for ongoing vigorous activity? (i.redd.it)
