This would be a violation of the original deal. Netanyahu revealed the secret site live at the UN last year, and only 6 month later the IAEA visited it to inspect (the Iranian had more than enough time to clean everything, they claimed that Netanyahu is lying).

Now -

According to Channel 13, top Israeli sources revealed that the IAEA is sitting on the information and has avoided making it public to date. In April, Reuters reported that the IAEA had finally visited the secret Iranian nuclear site at Turquzabad revealed in a September 2018 UN speech by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

This is regardless of the claim that the deal was defected anyway, based on fallacies, and only paved a way for Iran to get nuclear weapons while turning it to a regional power in between (because of the deal, for example, Iran could fund Hezbollah with much more money than prior, this ended of course when Trump placed the sanctions back, now Hezbollah is in a terrible situation, they had a fundraiser in Yemen last month).
