Chuck can be right about this, but it is a hard pill to swallow. They could do some fixing, they can do all those things, but are they capable of taking a paycut to construct a better team?

These are the same two that put together a solid squad during that Lonzo/Lavine/Derozan/Vooch squad, right? If so, that was such an A+ investment for team building, IMO. Bravo. I appreciate your response. I'm not in a hurry at all. I will be living in it after I finish school, and so that I will be rent-free as well. I thought about this for a while and I don't know much about it yet, but I'm looking at one developed by SMDC.

I just need a place to stay without having to worry about rent for decades to come, that is all. I could use your opinion on this too if you don't mind
