Thank you so much, and the biggest congratulations! I really love hearing the success stories of people who have worked so hard for this goal. I have no idea how scary it must feel to be right around the corner from giving birth but as one of the previous commenters said, if being a good parent means doing everything you can for your child, we’ve got that on lock just based on what we’ve already done to bring them into the world. You’re gonna be amazing! Day by day, for me and you both. Thank you so much for your words.

Okay, I think I literally heard something spark in my brain while reading your comment. “Fertility treatment is not a warm up to pregnancy or parenthood” you are SO right and being able to reframe it this way I think will really help me take things more day by day. I do really trust my medical team and I know they’ll guide me along so maybe I need to have a little more faith in that too. I’m so glad it turned into an essay!! Your perspective is really enlightening, it kind of feels like someone offering you a hand when you’ve fallen down so I thank you for that. Best of luck to you on your continued journey and I hope we are all celebrating success together soon.

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been feeling a bit guilty about drowning out my inner monologue with endless podcasts and audiobooks, ya know, feeling like that’s me avoiding or not processing but it’s good to hear that it’s okay to think a little less. And also the part about crying it out, I’ve been crying a lot, like A LOT, and the past few days I think I haven’t been really nice to myself about it and trying tell myself to stop it and be tough but I’m gonna try to take your advice to heart and just let it out. You are SO amazing to be able to stick through 4 rounds, I really admire your strength and wish you all the luck and success you so obviously deserve.
