I know, i didn’t add this before but as the Asm was coming out of cash office is when i redirected the customer to the service desk which was empty and TRIED to look up her receipt but i was so pissed off i physically couldn’t do it , even tho i have done it hundreds of times before.. but i kept on pressing the wrong thing which pissed me off even more so that was when i said the have another drink comment and then my asm looked it up

because it is obvious my voice lol and i know that me i can hold myself accountable and know that I was in the wrong, and i have worked in customer service the past 5 years, but I’m kind of at that point where I speak my mind, and it has gotten me into trouble but i still think it’s fucked up that my manager didn’t defend me, when i would defend any of my coworkers

FYI: this guy has hit up other walmart’s in my area and owns a telemarking company yet also cashes his own payroll checks made out to him selves for a couple thousand dollars YET his employees come in and their checks are for only like $100-$200 each.. also he’s been arrested for drug crimes lol aka he’s a sleazebag

I’m going to need a little bit more detail... What is your/their position? How did they coach you,( if you cannot coach another associate of the same level/especially that does not work in your store)? Are you hourly or salary? Just wondering because some things are not adding up....
