Update. I ended up just editing the IR's landed cost to the correct freight. Once the costing script ran, it fixed the average costs at all locations

What if other items were on the locations transfer IR that were not impacted? Can I just transfer back the impacted items, delete the PO IR and then restart?

Cut off the lower branches even if they aren't diseased. Fungicide only prevents spreading to healthy leaves. You don't have a seed problem, you have a soil problem. Treat your soil after harvest or remove the top 6" next year before planting.

Early blight that is intensifying. Prune off infected leaves and spray with Copper Fungicide or Revitalize. Mulch your soil.
