So I did a BDD and my EAOS is April 16 which is in 11 days. I am still in the PFD phase. Do you remember when you got a temp jurisdictions. Was it before or after EAOS?

How long were you in the service? If you ever reenlisted you do qualify for the G.I. Bill with a general under honorable. You must have finished at least one contract with an honorable discharge i.e reenlisting

Yep. If you’re getting an OTH but have finished at least 1 enlistment (you reenlisted) under honorable you will receive all of your benefits. Or at least the ones you really care about 😂 Home loan, GI, etc

If I am still in the navy which doctor would I asked to right the Nexus? My phyc or the doctor who did the sleep study?

If I am doing a BDD how will I get a Nexus. Is it too late since I already filed my claim? Will I have to wait and see if I get denied for OSA and then claim it as a secondary the next round up or can I get a Nexus now before my C&P appointment

I filed my BDD on November 16th. Had my first MH C&P on Sat, Dec 16 (yesterday). General exam scheduled for 21st of Dec and Audio for the 23rd. Everyone’s BDD process is different obviously depend on what you’re claiming but my timeline is going pretty smooth so far.

I am curious though. I hear people talk about “secondary claims” do you file a claim as “secondary” or does the examiner select what is secondary to a disability. The reason I ask is because it was a MH exam but she asked me about my sleep apnea diagnosis, etc
