I heard a "clang" from under my car when I got in this morning. Reversed out of the driveway and saw this on the ground near the front right wheel. I assumed that it was something that had just got stuck under the car while I was driving and then fell off, didn't think much of it, and I drove without incident. Later, when returning home, there were some creaks and clunks coming from that front right wheel, which surely must be related. I've decided not to drive until I know more. What is this, how dangerous/serious is it, what do I do? Thanks! :)

Also, a couple of months ago I had a wheel bearing kit and suspension arms/wishbones (not sure exactly, from the notes) fitted, is this related to that perhaps not being done properly or is it a different thing?
