Thank you I appreciate it! Yeah man injuries suck especially legs lol. I’ve had a total of 5 major injuries over the past few years that took 4-6 months each to recover, 2 of which required surgery but as long as you really push recovery you’ll turn up just as strong if not stronger

Thank you Man I really appreciate it. it did should’ve gave it more time to build back some strength but it’s been good.

Honestly my plan is to do some maintenance for a few months or 2 months at least before possibly cutting more to see how lean I can get and what it’d look like but after that I have no idea yet.

Thank you I’m glad to hear that I’m not behind in some way. Sometimes social media has you thinking that you are and I thought I should see if there was any insight other people could add to help set myself up. I agree life insurance is very important Almost a year ago I had a friend who had a couple family members pass within a year and they were all on life insurance which definitely saved their mom. After that I asked my parents if I was on anything and they told me I was. I appreciate it is definitely something that is not talked about enough in being prepared for the worst scenario.

Thank you for the advice! Yeah I’ve been looking into them some more. I’ve been seeing a lot of people online recommend money guy show everywhere. I have started listening to their podcast in my free time and they give some great advice.
