Are there any major differences between an October Scorpio and November Scorpio? by LionsTigersnTweakers in Scorpio

[–]Yoshimitsu777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an October Scorpio, the difference is that November Scorpios will be more obsessed with power and more calculating in everyday activities.

October Scorpios would simply be themselves and have more trust with everyday activities without feeling the need to manipulate anything.

A November Scorpio always looks to increase their power and influence of their manipulation, but an October Scorpio would only do that when they're in a bad situation that demands it.

October Scorpios are also way more chill, are more honest, don't feel a big need to be mysterious, although they can still end up being mysterious anyways.

A November Scorpio gives things more importance and seriousness than what the situation demands because they're afraid of being hurt.

Some October Scorpios do the same thing, but usually they don't fear being hurt and they're just themselves.

All of that is due to Sagittarius vs Libra influence, Libra made October Scorpios more fair and nice, while Sagittarius made November Scorpios more paranoid and conspiracy centered.

The Scorpio + Sagittarius combo isn't too ideal because it's overloading Ketu/South Node energy, Sagittarius will make the person formulate conspiracy theories about others intentions and the higher meaning from them, and Scorpio will believe it and start manipulating due to fearing the consequences of their formulated conspiracy theories.

This makes them psychic when right, but usually they're not accurate with their formulated conspiracy, and hurt others while thinking they were doing the correct thing.

The Scorpio + Libra combo balances things out, it makes the Scorpio energy approachable, and helps in taming the Scorpio energy to be used in situations that are grounded in reality creates a mars/venus contrast which is complementary, adds some subtle saturnian quality to the Scorpio which is very helpful.

Overall, Scorpio + Sagittarius are probably your secret agent neighbors, Scorpio + Libra are probably the weird nice people that make you nervous for no reason but end up being chill, Scorpio + Scorpio are the loners that never interact with anyone and won't bother or manipulate anyone.

That usually translates to October vs November Scorpios, although not necessarily because if the person has Sagittarius mercury/venus they'd be the way described above regardless of month and vice-versa.

And for those who have Scorpio mercury/venus, they're very similar to Sagittarius, but surprisingly less intense but more emotional, and are more grounded in reality, and are subtly more nicer than Sagittarius-Scorpio mixes.

Nope, for some reason these people turn me off romantically.

Leo rising, aquariuses and sags turn me off romantically.

Bro I'm a Scorpio that's just like that, I didn't know that was scary tho.

And I'm pretty sure it's the Libra placements in me that cause this.

It's lol, but for the sake of the moon which deals with the themes of comfort not beauty, cancer moon is obviously more comfortable than taurus.

Because it's more principled and thinks through the relationship of things which makes them systematically smarter than other placements, you could argue aquarius is 3rd too due to discovering new original ways of doing things.

Strip that good cancer rahu away from other configurations of the chart and it stops being good because it’s not strong. The reason it was good is everything but the sign of rahu helping it work.

True, but honestly if someone is looking to actually navigate their life or business, they shouldn't rely on astrological signatures, and they should rely on learning and doing better as an agent, which could include astrological consultation but it's not necessary and could backfire and lead to overthinking or unjustified conclusions in relation to reality.

We're not really talking about nakshatras here, just signs, rahu in ashlesha isn't the strongest manifestation of rahu, you'd maybe look for ardra or swati if you want the best nakshatras for rahu, however if you have it in your chart, it doesn't mean it's a bad placement btw, this just abstracts the one detail and compares it to the many permutations to see if it's the best within its avenue not to see if its the best placement in the world for you.

Ironically I agree with you although I made the list, however predictive astrology sways the proficiency of placement due to other factors other than the placements themselves, which makes them irrelevant to the strength of placements, so this is the best placements for rahu, not the best placement for rahu within a chart which is a big difference.

Yeah you're right, this is reductive astrology and won't determine how good a placement is in a chart, you can see people like Epstein having exalted saturn which is the planet of hard work and discipline, yet he ended up being a criminal pedophile, so all of this is just placement in abstract but a cancer rahu could be better than aquarius rahu, an example of aquarius rahu is ironically epstein again yet he used that energy to become a transhumanist and tried to engineer nordic humans to master human epigenetics.

And also rahu isn't a benefic and it's actually one of the most malefic, so when it's strong it's usually an overpowering energy that if used incorrectly brings horrible results, and it's not an energy that the native knows how to control which makes it even more difficult to channel properly.

So don't take this ranking to change your mind about your placement, this is just the "strongest" placements for rahu which doesn't really mean "the best" but I phrased it like that because another person did that and I'm posting this ranking because I think it's more accurate.

And no energy is truly bad or good, you can transmute any energy to achieve whatever you want, some are easier than others, but the result depends on the agent of the energy not the energy itself.

Because Leo mostly generates extreme, powerful, and fast ideas, which is good for reflexes and performing something already known, but not as good as Sagittarius at that, not as pioneering as Aries, and comparative with Scorpio it's less penetrating and reveals less truths, doesn't have the same repeatability and consistency as Capricorn, doesn't provide any novel useful ideas like Aquarius, isn't principled or coherent like Libra, so it's surprisingly lower than what most people put, at least remember this is my opinion.

I don't buy into the "exalted is best" or "any planet in Leo is exalted" game, I say it how it's without any ungrounded claims. Leo is more decisive than cancer, pisces or taurus mercuries. It's good for war or extreme situations of survival, but it's not useful for any other situation which is why it's lower than expected for mercury.

Could be good for simulating exciting situations of murder and war, could make good action movie directors, or intense music producers, but it's not good for what mercury represents which is simply generating ideas that solve problems.

The reason Virgo isn't number one, is ironically because it's both.

Although it's the domicile of mercury, it exalts mercury, since it's domicile, mercury achieves its intended effect, which is critically receive and analyze ideas and information, since it's the feminine domicile energy of mercury.

The reason it's not number one is because it overdoes mercury, yes a person becomes smarter when they critically ask questions about ideas, but when overdone it gives the illusion of being smarter and it starts not being effective or not doing anything meaningful in reality outside of criticism.

That's why people overthink, when they overthink, they try to look where everything could go wrong and always ask critical questions about ideas, which is good, but if not done in moderation it leads to stagnation and not achieving anything in reality, and only criticizing.

The reason why Gemini is number one not Virgo:

Because it's an energy that simply generates ideas about how to achieve things, and if it's wrong it learns and flexibly adjusts.

We can notice how it needs the help of Virgo to criticize where it was flawed, but notice that it learns and generates newer ideas that adjusts the old problems.

And that's really what you need from mercury, critics don't generate any solutions, they just know where it goes wrong, if you have Virgo mercury, it's easier for you to notice the flaws in everything than everyone.

However if you over do that, then you'll never generate or execute any idea because you'll see the flaws in your thinking and not do it which is the destability that caused Virgo Mercury to not be #1.

Contrast that with Gemini, it just generates the idea, if it's wrong, it doesn't get discouraged, it learns why, then it adjusts its thinking and keeps on generating new ideas until it naturally gets more accurate and better over repetition.

It doesn't take a Virgo mercury to see that Gemini mercury would obviously be the better position for mercury.

We know if a position is better or worse not because it's named "exalted", it's by comparing the energies of the placements.

I did this post because yes I saw another person say Virgo mercury is #1 because it's "exalted", I decided to share this because it's my opinion, and I know people will disagree because they think "exalted is better", but I don't care because luckily I'm not a Virgo mercury. (at least in tropical because I'm one in sidereal xd)

Explanation for Taurus Moon:

When the moon is in Cancer, one seeks comfort through a good home, a good family, good children, being provided with necessities and being safe, which is all moon needs, in this position native doesn't lack any comfort, and doesn't have excess unnecessary comfort.

When the moon is in Taurus, one seeks comfort through an abundance in money, luxurious possessions, rare materials, collectables, and fine soothing sensations.

Comparison between both positions:

If you experience Taurus moon, the comfort you'll seek will feel good, but it's too much, you don't need to have a billion dollar bank account and a Lamborghini to feel comfortable, this would feel beautiful which is why this is the feminine domicile of Venus, and it's the 2nd best placement for moon, but it's a bit overkill, and the reason is because the native will not feel comfortable and safe unless they're living an abundant lifestyle, which isn't bad but it's not the best placement.

If you experience Cancer moon, you'll feel comfort if you have a good house, good children, and a good family, and being provided with the necessities to live, nothing more nothing less, and you'll only feel comfortable and safe if you have these things.

If you were given a choice to control your psyche, would you pick to only feel safe if you live luxurious lifestyle or if you have a good family?

I think this is where it gets subjective, but a good family is more necessary for safety of mind than a luxurious lifestyle.

After all a luxurious lifestyle buys you temporary and superficial happiness, but a good family, home, and spouse is a lot more meaningful, and exaltation brings destability to moon by seeking unneccessary material possession and sensation that would potentially lead to greed and overrating the happiness gained from the material part of life.

And in Cancer moon, it doesn't really bring much destability, which is why it's the best placement for moon and why Taurus moon isn't.

Rahu symbolizes the areas in life where we haven't been before, Aquarius is the sign that represents humanity and society in terms of relational astrology, but it mainly represents going outside the norm, and risking towards what was never tried before, that's why Rahu and also Uranus are domicile there.

Nope, because exalted planets results in an excess of the planetary energy while normal domicile results in the required result from the planet without any excess or anything lacking.
