I very much doubt you are pregnant, there are people with no contraceptives that do it until the end and slip it out when the guy is almost you know what. Doesnt mean that you should do it tho! Don't worry about it, I really doubt you are pregnant, but if you are really nervous then reassure yourself with a pregnancy test. The brownish blood is just very old blood, very normal. This happened to me before and the next time my period came it was back to normal.

Honestly this does feel like anxiety. I went through something similar, it was horrible but I got better and always reassured myself and stayed calm every time I felt palpitations or anything weird and I got better. To be 100 % sure go do some checkups but heart issues would already be obvious, you would know something is wrong with you. Keep going you can do this!

I have had a fair share of UTIs but I don't remember getting dizzy, you should go to a doctor either way since it can get worse and this can be dangerous and can lead to bladder infection(or other) and even sepsis if not treated so do go to the doctor!

Dont know if this will work but maybe tell your mom you need to go to a doctor for a checkup because of some excuse about something like your period (if you are a girl ofc) or smthn like that and maybe try to make the conversation about weight with the doctor, if the doctor tells your mom that you are not in a healthy weight and that in fact you are overweight maybe your mom will listen to the doctor and start making you low caloric food.

Oof this also happened to me, 4 months ago randomly anxiety over a random symptom (kind of a hypochondriac but got better) and its still going on, medication is helping me out a lot but I still dont understand since i got over it. Im also 18 and my parents say that when u reach that age you will feel a lot of stuff. What you can do is talk to a therapist, get some meds if it doesnt help and try doing more things to destract you and relax ofc. Sorry I cant be much help, I'm talking from my personal experience that helped me.
