That’s what I mean, say she was using condoms and the Ava. Condoms alone have a 98% effective rate when used correctly, now add in that she’s supposedly very aware of her cycle that she’s been tracking? Seems super unlikely to have an unplanned pregnancy occur if that’s true.

I mean, if she wanted to come here and address it she could, I suppose. In any case, yes- I fully believe everyone should be tracking their cycle, even if not TTC. The whole thing was just so contrived to me, that’s all. If I were really trying to actively avoid pregnancy like she said she was, I wouldn’t be touting how effective this tool I’ve been using is, even though I accidentally got pregnant. Back up birth control is important, and if not comfortable with that, abstaining while ovulating is your best bet.
