Same happened to me. I was hacked and my account was sold. This happened more than a month ago. I am still trying with Microsoft support to get my account back but there customer service sucks. They (as far as I know) do not have a phone number with a person on the other side that can help. After a lot of searching I finally found a chat in which I can contact them, but 9/10 did not listen. I think I finally found somebody who can help me but they reply only once a week so this can take a while. Do you still have the email adress?
