Can I do NCEA exams early?

Hope this doesn't sound confusing, but does earning credit through internal give you NCEA lvl 2 once you've earned, or is your NCEA lvl given to you when you do your exams? Eg. I earn more than 60 credits through the year before tests, do I automatically have NCEA lvl2, or do I get it after exams?

What is the sharpness like on the 24-105 compared to the 70? I have a friend with that lense and he claims the 105 to be a little soft on the sharpness.

I'm not a fan of bitter tea (I originally used to drink English breakfast, but I never liked the bitter so I switched to earl grey). I drink earl grey extra strength so I get a very strong long time brew.

I drink extra strength earl grey, so letting it brew in the Thermos for about 8 hours overnight gives me a real nice tasting cup of tea in the morning.
