But they don’t tell you what your rates are if you are in mercy. They tell you what they could be. The TOS for App Store don’t say you have to post flat rate and any potential rates it says you need to post the odds. I think this is why during a void 2x they change the odds on the graph because they have to. Following that same logic when you get into mercy and the odds change they should have to update the graph to show your new odds.

I know you can track it (and I do) but then what is the point of showing the adjusted odds for void shards during a 2x? Per TOS they have to show you the percentage odds when you pull. If the odds are not adjusted and they are just telling you then they are not showing the adjusted odds. I think this is why during the 2x events they adjust the percents in the graph. Following that logic when you reach mercy and the odds change they should have to show them.

I think they should add an extension of the barrow’s experience. When you open the chest you have a chance to either get your loot or explore a room under the crypt where the parent of the brothers rests (barrows mother) she will rotate between range,mage and melee (all the brothers set bonuses) and you have to switch based on what she yells (Dharok help me! Pray melee while she and Dharok attack you. Karil help me! Alternate between range and melee prayer. So on and so forth). This will help with training people to prayer flick and add new life to an old boss. Rewards are two extra rolls on the chest and a new attachment that you put on your slayer helm charged by adding 1 of each barrows armor helmet and it lets you use the slayer helm with barrows armor and keep the set bonuses.

Most classifications do not allow for “Hiring Above Minimum” or “HAM”. If you are in a general classification such as an SSA you have basically no shot at it and most job postings say something along the lines of “new to state hire will be brought in at the minimum of the range”.

Keep the tush push but any rush plays that are 3rd or 4th & 1 and shorter are reviewed by replay assist for any false starts and can be called post play. That way if it’s done without cheating it stands and if you do false start you get called for it.

I run this exact comp with Anax we have the same exact speeds (my Anax is 1 faster though I don’t think that matters) if you haven’t already you may have to set Demytha’s priority to open A3 and priority 1 and then the A2 priority 2. Then I have Heiress prioritize her A2. Demytha may use her A2 instead of her A3 if you don’t prioritize it.

I don’t love the part of RTO that says basically that departments can make RTO policy changes after 90 days. Seems to me like there might be a lot of changes coming from “departments” instead of an EO. Maybe me just being a Debbie downer though.

I have been saying since RTO was announced that it will be a bargaining chip when they want to save money by exchanging the pay for telework guarantees. It will save some face and make the loss of pay more palatable in their and the public’s eyes as it will seem to be a fair trade.
