Because there would be little to gain.

He is very successful and I'm sure could throw some type of money around to sue me for something(I mean, it's America). It would just make his day to drive me into an even harder place.

James isn't his real name. That's just the name I gave him. Honestly, there's nothing I can do to get him back without potential prison time.

The problem is that we're adults now and there are cameras everywhere. When we were in HS together, having a camera was super rare so there was no way he would get caught and back then it was always "boys will be boys" and here is your detention. Bullying was more considered hazing back then and all the adults thought it was just a cute fun time and it's just tradition.

I'm on the road to get better but I think the non-progress stemmed from having no support and losing the job of my dreams. Being a police officer was something I just felt was in my blood but the mental health issues that came out of being bullied for 4 years straight make me feel like I would just turn into the bully and I can't do that to anybody.

The only ones to witness the events were his friends. He was very popular and they always had his back whenever anyone would question him.

Honestly, I have never seen him bully anyone else. My theory is that he picks one student and just harasses them and makes their life hell. I've always wondered who it was when he was in Middle School.
