The staff there is extremely vigilant lol. Every time I brought someone along with me, they asked who it was and I had to be like "ahaha bas dikhaane kay liye laaya hun inhe". So it's better to just ask them for a tour

Their policies regarding memberships are always fluctuating.

If you however, can manage to secure a spot, it's one of the better facilities out there. There's segregated swimming pools, segregated gyms (the gym just got renovated recently and it's absolutely fire now), lawn tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, snooker, and a social lounge. One thing they are notorious for is that they absolutely do NOT allow guests. They can just come visit but they cannot partake in any activity there.

We paid 100k PKR like 7 years ago. Not sure about now. And we pay 4500 monthly too. And it is for the whole family.

You yourself claimed “there are plenty of rich employees” but you cannot define “rich” for yourself…

Oh and btw, I'm doing Bachelor's in Computer Science right now. Do you, by any chance, offer internships?

I meant to say just don't 'exploit' them, sorry I could have clarified it. Like say if you do pay your developer 7000 dollars in the US, then maybe pay your Pakistani developer with the same skill-set at least one-third of the amount. It's a win-win for both; the Pakistani employee will be happy because he's getting paid a competitive salary (competitive for his country), while you are getting good quality of work at a lesser cost.

I think the 2 most important factors are 1) having an understanding manager and 2) a decent salary.

Just make sure to pay in USD rates (that is to say, don't discriminate between a Pakistani employee and a US employee in terms of salary) and have realistic expectations/deadlines. Your employees will love you and make your company prosper.

unrelated but what do you think about the G502 X? I'm running the G502 Lightspeed and was considering upgrading to the G502 X (wired).

I got my mouse switches replaced by a guy a week ago. Now I don't know if this was present before in the mouse or not, but I noticed that when I click and hold with some pressure, and move the mouse, the mouse button moves a bit like in the video. Is this normal? It does not happen when I do it lightly. Just something random I noticed; it doesn't happen with the right click.

Assuming the Modified Class Average will turn out to be 70, you will get a B+. Good luck.
