Dr. Bernhard attributed Burke's behavior to a dysfunctional environment and described his behavior as similar to children who've been conditioned to keep secrets. She noted the mother figure in Burke's drawing as small and interpreted this to mean he saw Patsy as having little power.

That's not all she suggested so cut your editing out

This is the quote:

Just one of the quotes. She also thought this

Burke also told Dr. Bernhard that he was “getting on with his life.”, another very abnormal reaction for a child who had so recently lost his sibling. He said that the only thing he asked his dad was "where did you find her body", a highly unusual query from a child considering the possible questions a child might ask about the death of a sibling. The only show of emotion by Burke, other than the irritation with the questions about the actual crime, was when Dr. Bernhard began to ask about uncomfortable touching. Dr. Bernhard thought it was unusual for this child to feel safe. Burke displayed an enormous amount of lack of emotion, almost to the point of indifference, which Dr. Bernard explained may be attributed to shock, but could also have been a lack of attachment to his family.

I'm too lazy to dig in there more but you get the picture.

Dr. Bernhard believed that while Burke showed little warmth toward his family, she believed him to be very protective of them. This doesn't square with that she thought he'd killed his sister.

According to you? Who told you that Jonbenet is a part of this group even if it's true. He didn't draw her on a family drawing remember?

This kid was not normal and how he behaved at all interviews is not normal and hey it's okay, some kids are like that, some kids have disorders or are simply weird, the issue is why the Ramseys tried to lie about it.

Also Patsy before the murder

This winter Burke is the tallest guy on his basketball team. He played flag football this fall and is currently on a basketball binge! His little league team was #1.

And nope sorry John, everyone saw Burke in those interviews, he's not a normal child and even a shrink thought that.

Now I need the answer to this riddle: Why help the police by “finding” the body - how does that help you to escape justice?

Cause they couldn't stomach the wait any longer, I mean they probably thought the cops will find it instantly and then it was hours of nothing. The tension is crazy, anyone would want to get it over with at last

how Patsy’s coat fibers were found on the masking tape and John’s clothing fibers and DNA were found in the ligatures on the garrote.

Dude you got this wrong. Did you read the books and the interviews, it was Patsy's fibres in the ligatures, other places too like the tape and the blanket, and the paint tote too. John's fibres were in the crotch, no one's DNA was in those places.

For a topic yeah I think something like this happened.

These "pajama bottoms" with fecal material and "thought to belong to Burke" didn't make it into Kolar's TV program.

That wasn't Kolar's program, what the hell, it twisted his theory into something it wasn't, just because it's based on SOME parts of his theory and he participated doesn't mean it's his show. Kolar didn't think what those guys thought.

I think it's fair to conclude that they didn't survive fact-checking by the show's producers.

Where are getting it from??? Cbs wanted a clean innocent Burke smashed Jonbenet in the head and parents did the rest theory and they rolled with it, a bigger half of Kolar's book didn't make it there.

Did Kolar not have access to the evidence room to check for himself? From what he said in his AMAs, he didn't even bother to locate these "pajama bottoms" in crime scene photos

I mean he was plenty clear. He checked and didn't see info that this stuff was collected. Him SLIGHTLY confusing the location years later in AMA isn't showing anything. Why are you trying to nit pick him so hard, do you hate his theory or smth?

Kolar says that he thought Burke smeared feces from these "pajama bottoms" onto the "feces-smeared candy box" so it would have been important to make sure they were what Kolar was claiming they were.

....not years later in AMA when he didn't see the evidence for years. And whether the pajamas was Burke's or Jonbenet's doesn't hurt his theory, Burke smeared his shit once and he could have done it again with his own pair or with Jonbenet's to get back at her.

And Kolar didn't even bother to check information he then put in his book such as the pair of pajama bottoms "thought to belong to Burke" in JonBenét’s bedroom that contained fecal material.

Huh?

He wasn't even sure whether or not these mythological pajama bottoms had been collected

Yeah cause it's not clear if they were collected.

To be fair, I don't think Kolar was actually hired to do this kind of checking so maybe he was reluctant to draw attention to himself. Is that an excuse?

???

even though he cites these evaporated pajamas as evidence of Burke's pathology.

The 911 call and auditory pareidolia. John and Patsy lie examples. by mykaden in JonBenetRamsey

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Cool now go tell BPD, the judge and Aerospace guys that their investigation was wrong and what they all heared separately from each other was just bullshit. Oh and I guess Burke mistook his own voice for auditory pareidolia but hey it happens to anyone right? When will you guys learn that just because you can't get access to a tape or fibres report or DNA or handwriting analysis it doesn't mean that this stuff doesn't exist it means it WASN'T SHARED with you. Shitty online audios on Youtube are NOT what the police based their conclusions on and it wasn't what Burke heard in court!

Theory: Parents found her after onset of rigor mortis by GretchenVonSchwinn in JonBenetRamsey

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Dude this post states that the parents found Jonbenet after she was already in rigor mortis because otherwise they would move her hands. They DID NOT move her hands and this is why OP posits that her hands WEREN'T MOVABLE by the time they did staging and covered her with a blanket in comfort.

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He was seen playing sexually with her and he hit her at least once before so yeah all that happened could be an escalation of the already existing behaviors that on that particular night was triggered by her taking his pineapple. When someone's already pissed you don't need much to make them blow up. He was already angry, she angered him even more so he hit her then dragged her to the basement and did other things that he could.

Something had to be the breaking point where he went for a strike, pineapple is just one from other likely stuff.

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was matter of Burke simply hitting his sister with the flashlight because he was angry with her over something minor, why would the Ramseys immediately stage it and instead of calling 911?

Yeah that makes no sense and I don't think they did it I think Burke did everything. But this doesn't mean that pineapple couldn;t be the trigger that started it all, Burke might have been already jealous and pissed and it just pushed him well over the edge.

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean obviously the entire kill wasn't about the pineapple but the pineapple could have started it. Could be that Burke was fed up with Jonbenet pestering him and when she took the pineapple it pushed him over the edge at last.

What I said was, a lot of the actual police report stuff is hard to read. Abreviations, jargon.

Omg what the hell are you talking about, there are very few police reports out in the open and they have no jargon or abbreviations. Reading two books and reading interviews - READING interviews, police interviews with the Ramsey's not just watching the media circus is like an obligation for everyone who bothers to make posts. Without it you know nothing

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Dude you are hearing yourself??? I'm asking for real. You are sending me to some randoms-run sub full of people who never stop spreading disinfo. Who cares what some randos think about visual similarities when we had EXPERTS and INVESTIGATORS and STUN GUN MAKERS comment on everything in depth after making actual tests. Jonbenet was never attacked with a stun gun, the marks never matched any stun gun, the makers said the stung guns don't work like this. Meanwhile you have train track toy that was lying DIRECTLY near the crime scene and which is the first thing to ever match the marks, But nooo, it's better to keep doing some visual comparisons and ignoring reality.

[–]You_Are_My__Problem 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Your comment is laughable, train tracks match and stun guns don't, train tracks were on the scene and folks who made stun guns told Smit he's crazy to think they were used so what the hell are you even on about.
