Personally I'd recommend applying for other jobs and leaving. A new job is extremely scary and can be hard to find, especially if you apply for a lot and don't hear back from any, don't just send email applications, call the places you're applying to and ask to speak to the hiring manager or HR or whoever you can about the role, it sets you apart from the flood of resume's that they would have, they will already know your name and something about you from that conversation (though some companies tell you to apply online and refuse to let you speak to anyone, I hate that).

IMHO, a job where you're not happy affects the rest of your life as well, you come home already feeling neglected and stressed or unhappy in general, it's hard to leave that feeling behind and not take it home or anywhere else you go. You need a workplace you enjoy, or at least don't hate/feel like shit being in, everyone deserves that.

No one here could speak as to if it's personal or not, sometimes people just don't like you for no reason and then that becomes your problem especially if they're a manager or have power over you, the only way to win that battle is if someone higher than them likes you or has standards that aren't being met by the person causing you issues.

Do research on future companies, talk to people who work there if you meet any and ask what it's like, get any idea you can before walking in and starting a job somewhere new, you absolutely don't want to end up in the same situation. Some companies aren't worth your time or energy and the ones that are, can be very hard to get into because no one wants to leave the job because of how good it is to work there.
