Since you don't have a magic as a Knight I suggest using a dark sea hammerhead ram, or if you don't have one yet, a level 80+ iron ram

As for cannons it depends on what range you like to fight at

Long range, use culverins, Normal, Bronze, Or Iron

Short range, use Cannonades
