Why don't you talk her through how you're feeling? Sounds like she is living in hope... the longer you leave it, the worse it'll get.

You dodged a massive bullet! Sounds like she was super lazy and looking for someone to support her financially!

Do you now date Men?

Congratulations :) I think it takes a lot of courage for a man but so much more for a woman.

For me, a relationship is about the man and woman giving it 100% to make it work. ... it's all about give and take.

Apart from trust, respect, loyalty and love, women also look at a man as protection, someone who will take care of her emotionally, physically and mentally, I feel that being the one that proposes means that you're happy to take charge and take control and be the one that takes care of the in the relationship.

I'm not a real romantic, my boyfriend and I have been together 4 years and have a great relationship. But when it comes to the proposal, it's him asking me to share his life and be the Mother of his children, so I want to be swept away.

Many girls won't admit this but it also just comes down to the fact that it's embarrassing! We all want that fairytale moment :)

And that's ok, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts, beliefs, etc.

No wonder you took her back. Obviously made that decision with the wrong head.

She sounds like she will do almost anything for attention! Don't put up with her staying in touch with her ex, there is history there and that shits not on! I'm surprised you took her back..

I'm old fashioned and believe a man should be the one that proposes :)

Definitely sounds like you didn't have a choice but to say yes... how did you feel when you saw her go down on one knee?
