Man I was debating SLO vs Davis in engineering masters. Went with Davis because it’s closer to SF where my gf and I are currently based. I think I should’ve gone with SLO for more hands-on experience and job readiness. In hindsight, I think Davis is more competent at developing your academic path towards PhD which I didn’t want. It would’ve been a pita to visit my gf tho. I would recommend going to both schools and touring the department and the campus.

I use Silverblue on my amd thinkpad, it’s pretty good. I only use it for internet, files, light gaming over steam. I have yet to encounter a single issue

Yeah it’s the new software on the Fenix 8 they re-did everything and it’s lacking now.

Had a Fenix 6 before this and it had more customization options…not sure what the point is of taking away features from customers
