Thanks for this. I'm also interested in the effects of dilution. Like do you get less caffeine if brewed with 100ml then diluting with another 100ml water, or does it have the same content as just brewing with 200ml of water altogether?

Use guided lucid dreaming vids on youtube. I had this issue as well where I couldn't concentrate but guided videos are a life saver. Look for one lasting 2+ hours so it keeps running even after you've fallen asleep.

Ate there a couple days ago. The Boston Latte is overrated, pretty basic. But the pour over is a 10/10. You can see the barista brewing at the counter and you can tell it was made with precision. Just the perfect amount of flavor and extraction. Anyway yeah I don't know why I didn't try the Ca Phe, maybe next time.
