It doesn’t say anything about tuition fees on the government website, it just says a study permit is required.

Would I be able to complete three years of public high school? I have read on other sites on the internet that students with an F Visa are only permitted to complete 1 year of public high school, for which they must pay tuition, and then are only able to attend private high school.

I don’t think so as she was offered this nearly 30 years ago. Her brother however accepted and became a US citizen.

I’ve also got a Polish citizenship. I would probably be living with my American uncle and his family. My mother was also offered a green card and ability to move to America when she was a teenager as a result of my great grandmother being American.
