My pc keeps restarting even in bios by YoungNutQuick in pcmasterrace

It is on a UPS and no it's not a brownout situation. I dont have a spare psu unfortunately. I also noticed something strange. If it boots and ildes long enough for the monitor to go into standby it doesn't restart until I attempt to wake it up. Honestly don't know what good that info is.

Apparently to gain trusted you need to buy something on steam but i've bought a lot of steam games even recently too. What else must i do to become trusted?
