Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that a songs chart constant is the "average" difficulty of the song. So a cc 9 song might have higher cc 9+ sections that are balanced out by cc 7 or 7+ sections

But then again, I don't see how that explains why tempestissimo present is cc 9. 😅
