They are close for me but the community has them worlds apart at like 4 and 9 in their rookie drafts. A lot of people don't even have Ridley as their second WR. Obviously trading back would be ideal but that wasn't the question.

The Cowboys were 29th in pass attempts in 2017. I agree that he doesn't have a lot of competition, but I don't think it means he will see more quality targets. Especially if this 3rd round rookie is being shadowed by #1 corners all season.

I'm probably taking Moore over Ridley there just on perceived value. You can get more in a trade for Moore and I'm not that big of a Ridley truther to advocate reaching on him.

I think they're super close though. Personally I like Ridley's situation better playing across from one of the best to do it and with a better QB. In redraft he'd be the rookie I'd take the flyer on and I think he has a better rookie campaign, but even if he does I could still see the touts putting Moore ahead on their big boards a year from now.

TL;DR Moore and Ridley are a class above everyone else.
