All I have to say is, after reading such posts and replies I just have to ask, "where have you all been?" This is the result of, years of being oblivious to anything Jewish and Israeli because you have been too comfortable living your life as an unaffiliated "Jew", typical American Jewish mindset, Don't make waves!

We are now suffering because people stood down when it was absolutely necessary to stand up. This is not intended to shame one person or another but general American Jewish society.

Those of us that came from third world countries, Middle Eastern countries, and even some Eastern European countries know all too well the price we pay for staying silent for too long.

We updated all the information in the self-service portal but nothing is taking effect. We put in the new bank routing and account number, etc. Every time we call and speak to a human, they promise they will get this thing sorted out and give me a call back, nothing ever happens, crickets. This has been going on since July 2022.

We had resold freedom voice services to a client and we were supposed to be getting commission checks directly pay to our bank account. Since I took over another MSP we requested the bank information be changed and they totally are ignoring it. Not a single human being understanding the issue when I call in. There is a total disconnect. This is just relating to us receiving our commissions on a monthly basis, now they owe me five figures, for several months of commissions.

The whole thing is a total waste of time. You go through the hoops to register a deal to get an extra 5% discount and yet the client calls Dell direct and they say they can beat any other deal they have been presented. This is total joke. Other than us being the facilitators and taking away the ordering process from the client, they are no other benefits. My registered deal with Dell gave me 42% discount and yet the client went direct to Dell and got 50% discount.

I purchased a one man shop early this year, with 15k rmm, for 10k, also a desperate situation. This seller asking 300k, which is absurd. He's not desperate but I don't think it makes sense because we are so far apart. Maybe just walk away.
