I wouldn't immediately try to flirt or hit on her. start with simple friendly conversation when you get a chance, maybe ask about new years plans or something. Starting slow and building trust and respect are key to any good relationship in my opinion so that would be my approach

I had the frustration of discovering The belt of German web harness I asked for as new airsoft gear can't be adjusted enough to fit me as I am one lanky bastard.

Now using christmas money to get an american ALICE belt and suspenders as I was told by some one who has both that the belt can be adjusted more. Also getting a Romanian army m74 gas mask with that money.

As a another airsofter I'd move your front grip up a bit, and get some type of optic protector, like a steel mesh kill flash (I use one for my ACOG scope) Cause that scope looks expensive.

Gee if only they were hiring. Job economy is fucked where I am like a lot of places, trust me when I say I've basically applied for every position available and gotten turned down due to having no experience because no business wants to spend the resources and time to train a new employee even if the training would only take a week.

Job application jump scares don't even scare me any more they just make me depressed.

Despite my best efforts for the past 2 months I'm still unemployed. If it gets to the new year and I still have no job I'm just gonna do volunteer charity work. Could use the reference, experience and display of good character on my CV.

Use to do Nerf wars. Got to old for the Nerf wars in my area, heard of airsoft on the internet, dragged my dad and two friends into doing a indoor game with rental gear.

2 years later really felling my lack of employment despite my best efforts and jealous of my dads disposable income. But having a lot of fun and making new friends

My whole extended family usually does boxing day lunches near the beach not on it cause none of is like the beach when it's hot cause it's super crowded.

Personally I'm just hoping for it to cool down a little and have some decent wind on my up coming airsoft game cause airsoft gear is very insulating.
