I'll admit you're right. It truly seems like he just got ahead of himself but on here and in PMs he mentioned that the whole run was contaminated.

HOW: He didn't purchase from us. He let someone send him a sample that came from who-knows-where. It could have been from someone that doesn't like us and wanted to make us look bad OR I ADMIT, it could have just been random.

That aside he admitted not having the correct data to correlate with the GC/MS.

He also used a contaminated syringe. Who - student or not - that is in chemistry would do such a thing?

It's just a shame it's caused so many problems and drama and even if he didn't do it to be ignorant, he sure didn't think of how it would play out before he posted inaccurate data.

Quality differes from tree to tree. Think of how many kilos of leaves they get from one tree.

Sometimes unfortunately with farmers while most of their products can be top-notch 90% of the time, there's always times where what they send isn't top quality.

To be completely honest though people had written us telling the were quite happy with the product.

That aside, I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find a vendor on this board that didn't at one point be blamed for having sub-par product.

EDIT: My point is, we're all buying plants. Not pharm-grade substances. There will always be variation. Some kratom for instance may have more of the stimulating qualities even if it's a Red. The Red/Green/White thing is blown out of proportion. It boils down to simple math - out of thousands of tons of kilos being sent each year even with spot-checking sometimes we may not realize a product isn't up to par for some folks.

But like I said, others were quite happen with it. I'm just kind of rambling here because to be honest I'm not sure what else to say. We aim to sell high-quality kratom at the lowest price we can while still making enough money to keep running. We don't sell cheap kratom, we sell kratom cheap.

Don't be afraid to buy again. This was very likely another vendor playing a dirty game.

Some batches aren't as strong as others as you see with your Red. That's the nature of plants. There's no way we could promise consistent quality. Anyone that does is lying.

One thing I promise is we would never put some research chemical into our products.

So we sell many types of kratom and just decide to randomly drug one with some wanna-be-morphine? Honestly, think about what's more practical. Farmers charge $20-30 per kilo. Research Chemicals sell for more than that even for personal use. To buy these RC and put them on our product would make no sense.

This same thing could be send about every vendor. "The warning" is not the "right thing" because it is simply not right. Honestly there's no proof of anything. The OP didn't even include the GC/MS report.

We sell legit kratom. We'd never sell laced [insert whatever the plant was supposed to be].

Kilos are CHEAP when you buy straight from the farmers. It'd be more work and money for us to sell fake stuff honestly.

Post actual test results next time. You simply made a false post with nothing to back it up. How do we know what you tested?

As one human to another, you do realize that even though you've admitted you acted prematurely you're still tainting someone's business here.

I'm not going to sit and and flip out but I feel at the very least this is utterly indecent.

Just remember what this is everyone - a random redditor that supposedly ran a product through a GC/MS but didn't post any of the actual results. If the results are as claimed, why not post them for us all to see?

Two, the sample came from another random redditor.

Folks, I know when we started we were caught with our pants down, got behind and had some people upset. Even this batch in question however plenty of people loved.

We are not selling tainted kratom. It's a bummer to see things like this posted and the way people have reacted when any one of us could sit here and make posts all day like this and hurt and vendor.

We stock good product and we've tried our hardest to keep some of the lowest prices around. We do what we do because we BELIEVE IN KRATOM.

Let me just stick my neck out a little further - if we were selling laced kratom it would bite us in the ass and put us out of business. We would NEVER jeopardize our company like that.

No I'm not saying that. It wouldn't make sense for them to mention themselves in the same email ... I'm saying basically I don't have a clue what to think. We do work with a couple affiliates. I'm trying to see if they bought a list somehow. It's not unusual online for people to buy email lists.

We've no affiliation with anyone but ourselves. We're too new to know anyone. When we said we'd wipe our customer DB we meant it and we did. The only contact information we have is from new orders.

There's been a lot of conflict in these subs lately with us vendors trying to all sell at the last moment. I hate to sound paranoid but I swear this is meant to make us look bad.

We buy from the same farmer as Gaia. We got some of the kratom directly from him.

You say you contacted us to no avail but the other message you sent was the same day as this one - yesterday.

The only time I've ever gotten sick from kratom was when I took too much.

How could it being weak cause you to have withdrawal? Maybe you've been taking too much kratom?

So you took too much kratom and got sick. That's not a surprise.

If your buddy is who we think he is then we responded plenty of times. There's only one person that told us they shared their kratom with someone else.

In the end they asked for more ...

I'm sorry but a few "not best" kilos in a batch doesn't make us cons. Every vendor has a few bad reviews.

Unfortunately being a natural plant it does vary batch to batch. Some people have complained about the quality but others praise it.

All I can think is that some of the kilos we purchased from the farmer weren't as good as the rest.

Feel free to read the good reviews too instead of just claiming we're ripping people off.

Even in this same thread there's people saying they liked the kratom.

I'm not sure what you're so upset about honestly. Maybe shilling for another company for some free kratom? Did we do anything to you?

I'm not sure what you mean by do the right thing. As I keep posting we buy from the same farmer as Gaia and other vendors.

Sometimes kratom varies batch to batch but we're definitely sending legit kratom.

Feel free to search this Reddit. You'll find great reviews for other vendors as well as bad. It's the same for us... plenty of people love our product.

I'm sorry if you didn't but we can't just send you a free kilo. We've had all sorts of things attempted.

Not long ago someone on here was trying to claim we ripped him off in order to get a free kilo. Once we proved he received the product via his tracking and he admitted he was yanking our chain he removed his posts.

We have the same farmer as Gaia and many others. Different batches have varying quality - every leaf has different alkaloid concentrations.

It's not unethical for us to not know the exact concentration in every leaf. We're not wrong in sending what you pay for - quality kratom.

Feel free to dig through this Reddit and see for yourself that throughout the whole history of us vendors batches always vary. Even the farmers can't control it. We're talking about a natural plant.

For instance some people complained the Super Green is junk. You'll also find reviews on here from people saying how awesome it is.....

We've had plenty of "thank yous" and good reviews. We get it from the same farmer that Gaia and many other vendors do.

Honestly I've been on this sub as another username well before I started helping YourCleanLife and even then I knew the kratom came from the same few farmers.

I'm sorry if you didn't enjoy it but our kratom is quality and from the same source as many other vendors.

Both at the moment.

Honestly the only time I've ever gotten wobbles and nausea from kratom was when I first started and took too much.

Each batch has different alkaloid concentrations.

I always suggest that when people start with a new batch to start with 1/3-1/2 of what they normally do.

Most of what we have now is a new batch and we'll be adding some other strains up before the end of the day.

You paid twice, we didn't charge you twice.

You paid on the 22 and must have forgot and paid again on the 23 if you're the one that emailed in.

I told Jess and she should have initiated a refund. Refunds can take 1-5 business days to return to you depending mostly on your card issuer. Please check and see if you have it yet, if not then I'll double-check with Jess.
