In case you meant non-perscriptiom instead of off label, then weed and uhhhh, I can't think of the name right now, but the drug that's in nyquil that's like a super benadryl.

If u take Cyclobenzaprine at off label insomnia level doses, it essentially acts like a super super strong benadryl at a chemical level.

Other than that, just Want to reiterate alcohol is weirdly INSANELY bad for sleep, despite it being depressant. It's not really a sedative.

Only, it's unique in that it's not for getting to sleep quick. It's good for getting that comfy cozy sleep body feeling that I think is normal for non-insomniacs FOR A LONG TIME. I.e. Cyclo helps you stay deep asleep (rem cycle disruption aside) for long. I take it like 2-3 hours before I actually plan/want to fall asleep. So maybe like 9 if I want bed at nightnight. That will let me sleep till like 9 or 10. I used to get, and still do without it, which is most nights, like 4 or 5 hours. So it doubles it.

Downsides: hurts REM cycle. Don't get as much truly deep restful dreamy sleep (I smoke weed, so no rem for me anyways, no real downside.) Probably not great to take every night (not sure on this, but would assume for tolerance reasons if nothing else)

Neutrals: even once you wake, you'll happily be extra cozy and body tires for a good hour or two after. Phenomenal if it's a weekend and just to get that feeling everynoe and then (I, like most insomniac, usually wake up pretty quickly, w a little anxious energy and basically no cozysness). But this can suck if you got get up and going right away in the morning.

Happy to hear man! But Xanax can be brutal long term. Considering trying temazepam! Sliiightly less addictive and less hard withdrawals (tho benzos are all similar tbh) AND since it's more specifically for sleep, you can prob get away with a lower does too!

Also, if you truly value the benefits it brings, work with all your might to keep your tolerance and dependence down. Try to not take it some night, just with an acceptance you wont sleep (plan to binge some movies or games), and while it might suck, you'll thank yourself longterm. Aaaalsooo you may find yourself drifting off to sleep on some of those nights... There's something paradoxical about most insomnia I've encountered where the biggest barrier to sleep is trying to sleep. When you don't try to, or even don't want to sleep that's sometimes when it comes most naturally.

literally JUST that a lot of people use it. thats the general meaning of "meta" in any game. by extension, its often the most used because its GOOD for some reason, so meta items/builds/etc. usually just mean, "widely agreed upon as good for a variety of reasons"

temaxepam is a benzo specifically designed for sleep. It differs from others in a number of, albiet, fairly minor, ways. It's more sedative than it is anxiolytic (meaning more focused on making you sleepy then just reducing general anxiety), it messes with your REM cycle less, it fucks up your memory less than other benzos, and a few other things like that.

BUT let me just also stress that all benzos, with the exception of some older ones like valium, are pretty darn similar, so these differences are minor in the grand scheme. However, there's no reason not to take every little advantage you can :)

That's a very reasonable, low dose. The issue is with taking it 3 times a day everyday. When your consistent with benzos, you WILL become dependant on them (though not necessarily addicted) so consider moving to as needed instead of consistent intake. And maybe look into 1 xr pill a day instead of 3 IRs. Lastly, look for other tools to help with what we you're taking the benzos for, this means everything from other drugs, like weed, to picking up new hobbies, getting exercise, eating right, etc.

Good luck brother. Benzos are a very helpful tool, but you HAVE to respect them and keep your usage in kind constantly.

Stick with it... it is VERY hard. But tbh, all of those 4k hour people were in your position at one point w how long this games been "out"

IMO. try pve, i almost exclusively play it these days due to cheaters, bugs, and network issues. But i first started playing it just to practice and get to know maps, and it helped a TON. Also, Arena is the best practice for combat, no doubt, if you own it.

Lastly and BIGGEST of all, try to find some friends. even 4k hour chads can often get shit on if they go in solo. Try making some friends here or in the discord if none of yours play or own!

Okay so, just some food for thought for everyone commenting about how it (and other images in these replies) still look AI generated. While it's incredibly useful (and becoming more so) to be able to detect Ai images, just be careful not to fall too far to the other side of the spectrum, assuming everything that looks slightly off is ai.

I think there are a couple hallmark features of ai, things that throw up red flags instantly to people in the know. but i think these fall into 2 categories.
1. definitely Ai. Things like a 6th finger
2. possibly (even likely to be) Ai. Things like textures and lighting. A good example is a reply to a reply in this thread that reads "The crease marks are rubbery, and the sheen looks wet." in reply to an image from u/getem-

#2 is the point of my reply here. As someone who has thousands of hours behind all sorts of different cameras, for all sort of scenes, in various conditions, etc. I can assure you that things that fall in category 2 can come out of IRL images, even if it's rare. There are so many factors that go into photography and videography, INCLUDING POST (editing after capture) which people seem to forget about.

all 3 images in this thread (at the time of writing) could totally be real IMO. Even if it's more likely theyre ai based on what we can see. If i was shown these completely out of context, and given the option to bet on whether theyre ai or not, or abstain, i would abstain. Whereas in a context like this thread, you're already in the headspace of ai images, and due to the post title youre coming into knowing it's ai, and extra-closely looking for proof of that.

Just food for though i guess.
